The VACUUM (ROCK) OIL SKIMMER is composed of two parts: one is the skimmer’s main unit (buffer tank and suction head) and another is the power station.
The diesel vacuum power station with a vacuum pump driven by a diesel engine or motor, resulting in a vacuum in the buffer tank, can collect oil spills on beach, ground or water surface into a buffer tank through the suction head. The collected oil spills are then pimped into the oil storage facility on the shore or boat, so that the recovery function can be achieved.
The skimmer can be widely used on beach, shoal, reef, land or other site where there are oil spills to be recovered. It can also be used on the waters of harbors, oil ports, wharfs, rivers, lakes, shipyards, ship-breaking yards, petroleum and chemical industries, power plants, wastewater treatment plants and other site where are oil spills to be recovered.
The ROCK OIL SKIMMER installs a rotary brush module on the basis of the vacuum oil skimmer. The rotary brush is driven by hydraulic pressure to clean up the oil spilled on the rock, and then recover the oil spill by using the vacuum principle.
